In the 1841 census as Martha Shrule (sic - in the index, Shrub on the original), aged 6, born in Headley, Hampshire, and living with Ele (sic - father?), Mary (mother?), Benjamin, Daniel, and Edward (brothers?), and Ann, Esther, and Emma (sisters?) at Arford, Headley, Hampshire.
In the 1851 census as Martha Shrube (sic - in the index, Shrub on the original) aged 16, born in Headley, employed as a house servant, and living with George Baker (widowed, employed as a farmer using 44 acres employing one man and one boy), his three sons (Albert (actually a grandson, son of William), Henry and William), daughter (Sarah), a visitor (John Baker), and another servant (William Mills aged 23, unmarried and employed as an agricultural labourer) at Simmondstone, Headley, Hampshire. George Baker was my third great granduncle.

Entries in Headley Baptisms for Andrew, Samuel, Mary Anne, Martha and William state they were living at Barford (Arford in the case of Mary Anne but I assume this is a typo).
In the 1861 census as Martha Fulick (sic - both on the original and in the index) aged 32 (26 would be more accurate), born in Headley, and living with her husband (Henry), two sons ( Samuell and William) and two daughters (Martha and Mary Ann) at Barford, Headley, Hampshire.
In the 1871 census as Martha Fullick aged 40 (36 would be more accurate), born in Headley, and living with her husband (Henry), seven sons (Arthur, Frederick, George, James, John, Samuel and William), and two daughters (Martha and Mary Ann) at the Furze Hills, Churt, Surrey (as this is the third entry in the Churt census starting from Pond Cottage, I think it must be Copse or Coppice Cottage where my father lived after 1906).
Her daughter was born on 25 May 1872, registered in in April-June 1872 in Farnham, andwas baptised on 14 July 1872 St John the Evangelist, Churt when they werer living in Churt.Her daughter was born on 1 April 1874, registered in in April-June 1874 in Farnham, and baptised on 17 May 1874 at St John the Evangelist, Churt when when they were living in Churt.
In the 1881 census as Martha Fullock (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original) aged 46, born in Headley and living with her husband (Henry), four sons (Arthur, Henry, Frederick, and Samuel) and three daughters (Ellen, Kate and Lilly - this was Lilly Hurst her granddaughter) between Simmons Stone and Wellmer's Cottage (I assume this was still Coppice Cottage), Churt, Surrey.
In the 1891 census as Martha Fullick aged 52 (should be 56), born in Headley, and living with her husband (Henry), four sons (Arthur, George, James and William), two daughters (Ellen and Kate) and grand daughter (Lilly Hurst) at Simmond Stone, Headley, Hampshire (I think this was at Field House).
Her husband died at Field House, Headley on 30 September 1895.
In Rogers' Almanack and Directory of Headley - 1896 Mrs Henry Fullick was living with Lily Hurst at Field House (Lily is not in the 1897 directory).
In the 1901 census as Martha Fullick aged 69 (should be 66), born in Headley, widowed, and living with three unmarried sons (Arther, George and William) at Rooks Cottage, Headley, Hampshire.

Note that Headley was in Farnborough until 1969 when it was transfered to Alton. The Headley Parish Records come under Surrey because it was in the diocese of Sutton which was in Surrey, and it should not be confused with Headley, Surrey.

Rook's Cottage On Churt Road. Rook's Cottage was described in 1882 as: 'small occupation cottage brick/stone & tile, 8 rooms & garden. Tenant Mr R. Parker. Total a.r.p. ie. 1 rod,20 perches. Rent £.s.p. 5.0.0. Remarks:apportioned. Field to the right of the cottage named Rook's Field. Rook'sCottage is bargate stone with galleting in the mortar.' Now listed grade II. [Judy Oliver] Sometimes used (in the 2010s) as a film set. See Images of England [Now Historic England House. C16, late C18 exterior, with minor C20 rear additions and restoration. Stone walls, and tiled roof. A timber-frame of 2 bays, with a C17 stack added at the east end, now enclosed by the later recladding of the walls; symmetrical front of 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows. Plain roof, with end gables tile hung and catslide at rear, hipped dormers (2 above 1) at the rear. Walls of coursed stone with galletted joints and brick dressings; quoins, 1st floor band, cambered ground floor openings with flat extrados, plinth. Casements, one old oak frame. C20 small gable porch. Above the doorway is a small stone plaque, incised 1620. Inside, much of the frame is exposed, and the rooms have been lined with vertical pinewood panelling.
