There are two entries in Ancestry England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 for the christening of Henry Fullick on 13 January 1856 in one and 23 January 1856 in the other, both in Headley, Hampshire, parents Henry and Martha Fullick.

The same information is in Headley Baptisms except the date is 23 instead of 13 and adding his father was a labourer living at Barford.

In the 1861 census as Samuell Fulick (sic - on the original) aged 5, born in Headley, Hampshire, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), brother (William) and two sisters (Martha and Mary Ann) at Barford, Headley, Hampshire (the entry follows one for Simondstone).

In the 1871 census as Samuel Fullick aged 18, born in Headley, employed as a labourer, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), six brothers (Arthur, Frederick, George, James, John and William) and two sisters (Martha and Mary Ann) at the Furze Hills, Churt (as this is the third entry in the Churt census starting from Pond Cottage, I think it must be Copse or Coppice Cottage where my father lived after 1906).

In the 1881 census as Samuel Fullock (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original) aged 25, born in Headley (does not state whether married, but assumed to be single), employed as a labourer, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), three brothers (James, Frederick and Arthur) and three sisters (Ellen, Kate and Lilly) in Churt between Simmons Stone and Wellmer's Cottage (I assume this was still Coppice Cottage).

In the 1911 census as Samuel Fullick aged 59, born in Churt, Surrey, a labourer road man, and living with his wife (Thursa Maria) at Lowicks, Frensham, Surrey. in Farnham, Surrey. The Summary Book lists seven private houses at Lowicks with 19 people in total.
