From Rev Laverty notebook she was formerly a cook at W Ansells, The Jumps, Churt and lived at Barford Upper Mill.

Tim Fallick has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Thirza Marie Rook Wood born about 1853 in Boughton; Blean, Kent, married to Samuel Fullick on 1 January 1887 at St John the Evangelist, Churt, Surrey, and her death in March 1921 in Farnham. Matthew Savill has similar information but puts her birth in about 1846, parents William Wood and Mahala Rook, and adds the marriage was witnessed by George Martin,Florence Jane Marshall and Agnes Minnie May Marshall.

She was reputed to be a witch because she cured warts (Ruth Deadman nee Croucher)

Boughton under Blean is also known as Boughton Street 2 miles east of Faversham on A2.
