"Page 11 Baptisms folemnised in the Parifh of Headley in the County of Hants in the Year 1815 [...] February 10th No. 88 Sarah daughter of George, a Farmer, and Ann Baker of Simmond Stone.
In the 1841 census as Sarah Baker aged 20 (rounded down to a multiple of 5), born in Hampshire, no stated employment and living with George and Ann (parents?), and Henry and Robert (brothers?) at Simmondstone, Headley (Frensham Pond Hotel/White Horse is the next property).
Her mother died in November 1841 in Headley.
In the 1851 census as Sarah Baker aged 34, born in Headley, single, no stated employment, and living with her widowed father (George), three brothers (Albert (actually a nephew, son of William), Henry and William), a visitor (John Baker aged 40, born in Headley, single and a farmer of 49 acres employing three labourers - her brother?), and two servants (William Mills aged 23, single and employed as an agricultural labourer and Martha Shrube (sic - Shrub on the original) aged 16 and born in Headley (my great grandmother) at Simmondstone, Headley.
I cannot locate her in the 1861, 1871 or 1881 censuses.

"Page 17 Burials in the Parish of Rowledge in the County of Southampton in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight Sarah Baker No. 130 of Batts Corner, Rowledge on June 6th 1888 aged 73 years". Note that the church is in Hampshire but most of the ecclesiastical parish is in Surrey.
Baker's of Headley states George’s sixth child, Sarah, was born in about 1815. She is recorded as living, unmarried, at Simmondstone Farm by both 1841 and 1851 censuses.
