In the 1841 census as George Baker aged 65 (rounded down to a multiple of 5) born in Hampshire, employed as a farmer and living with Ann (wife?), Henry, Robert and Sarah (children?) at Simmondstone, Headley a John Baker (his son?), James Jetten, and Hannah West were living at the same property (Frensham Pond Hotel/White Horse is the next property).
His wife died on 21 November 1841 and buried on 27 November 1841 att All Saints, Headley.
In the 1851 census as George Baker aged 76, born in Headley, widowed, employed as a farmer using 44 acres employing one man and one boy, and living with three sons (Albert (actually a grandson, son of William), Henry and William), daughter (Sarah), a visitor (John Baker aged 40, born in Headley, unmarried and a farmer of 49 acres employing three labourers - was this his son?), and two servants (William Mills aged 23, unmarried and employed as an agricultural labourer and Martha Shrube (sic - Shrub on the original) aged 16 and born in Headley (my great grandmother)) at Simmondstone, Headley.

From the Baker's of Headley: Nicholas seventh child, George, was born in Headley on 23 December 1774, and baptized that same day. On 30 May 1805 he married Anne Swann (born 1782), by whom he had ten children: Charles born in 1805, Abraham in 1807, John in 1808, Jane in 1809, Mary in 1813, Sarah in 1817, William and Edward in 1818, Henry in 1820 and Robert in 1821. Both the 1841 and 1851 censuses record George at Simmondstone Farm in Headley. Anne died on 21 November 1841, being buried at Headley six days later. George died on 1 November 1851, and was buried in Headley on the fifth.
I am not sure who the parents of his wife Ann were, but a Charles and a Jane Swann were both married in Headley in 1806.
Susan F Belsey has an entry for George Baker born/baptised on 23 December 1774, parents Nicholas Baker and Mary Hurst, his marriage to Anne Swann on 30 May 1805 in Headley, his ten children, and his death/burial on 5 November 1851 at Headley.
George Baker was my third great grand uncle.
