Notes

I cannot find a registration for his birth.

Christening of Frederick Fullick in the IGI on 3 May 1868 in Headley, Hampshire, parents Henry Fullick and Martha. The same information is in Ancestry England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975.

The same information is in Headley Baptisms adding his father was a labourer living at Barford.

Entry in Ancestry Surrey, England, Baptisms, 1813-1912 for Frederick Fullick baptised 3 May 1868 at Headley, All Saints parents Henry and Martha Fullick. "Page 67 Baptisms solemnized in the Parish of Headley in the County of Southampton in the Year 1868 [...] 1868 May 3 No. 536 Frederick son of Henry, [a] labourer, & Martha Fullick [of] Barford".

In the 1871 census as Frederick Fullick aged 5, born in Headley, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), six brothers (Arthur, George, James, John, Samuel and William), and two sisters (Martha and Mary Ann) at the Furze Hills, Churt (as this is the third entry in the Churt census starting from Pond Cottage, I think it must be Copse or Coppice Cottage where my father lived after 1906).

In the 1881 census census as Frederick Fullock (sic - in the index, correct on the orginal) aged 13, born in Headley, employed as a farm worker, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), three brothers (Arthur, James and Samuel) and three sisters (Ellen, Kate and Lilly - Lilly was his neice) in Churt. (I assume this was still Coppice Cottage).

I cannot find any later information.
