Similar information is in Headley Baptisms adding his birth on 30 September 1863, and that his father was a labourer living at Barford.

In the 1871 census as George Fullick aged 8, born in Headley, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), six brothers (Arthur, Frederick, James, John, Samuel and William), and two sisters (Martha and Mary Ann) at the Furze Hills, Churt (as this is the third entry in the Churt census starting from Pond Cottage, I think it must be Copse or Coppice Cottage where my father lived after 1906).
In the 1881 census as George Fullick aged 15 (sic - on the original should be 18), born in Headley, employed as an ostler and living with Stephen Marden, his sister Amelia Marden and a servant (Ruth Hibberd (aged 17, born in Brighton, and single) at White Horse, Frensham (now Frensham Pond Hotel), Headley, Hampshire.
In the 1891 census as George Fullick aged 24 (should be 28), born in Headley, single, employed as a carter on a farm and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), three brothers (Arthur, James and William), two sisters (Ellen and Kate) and niece (Lilly Hurst) at Simmond Stone, Headley, Hampshire (this would be Field House or Fallowfield, the next entry being Frensham Pond Hotel).
