"[No.] 3040 William Dance [born in] Farnham Co Surrey Regd June 6th 1828 [parents] T D & Hannah Dau of W & M I [the previous entry for Thomas Dance made on the same date gives the parents as Thomas Dance and Hannah Dau of William & Mary Ivey] [witnesses] W Nearnham, Mary Ivey [and] Sarah Wells, [born] 7 Feb 1826".
