I cannot find an entry in the 1841 census.

In the 1851 census as Benjamin Absalom aged 28, born in Blyth, single, employed as a shipwright, and living with his parents (Robert and Margaret) and niece (Margaret Wilson) at Market Place, Blyth and Newsham, Northumberland.

Entry in FreeBMD for the marriage of Benjamin Absalom and Elizabeth Twaddle in April-June 1854 in Tynemouth (10b 221).

Entry in the 1861 census for Benjamin Absalom aged 36, born in Blyth, employed as a ship carpenter, and living with his wife (Elizabeth), two sons (John and Robert) and daughter (Margaret) at Cowpen Quay, Cowpen, Northumberland.

Entry in the 1871 census for Benjmain (sic) Absalom aged 47, born in Alyth (sic), Northumberland, employed as a shipwright, and living with his wife (Elizabeth), two sons (John and Robert although there is no relationship given in the latter's case), and three daughters (Elizabeth, Emily and Jane) at 10 St. Georges? Street, Cowpen, Northumberland

Death of Benjamin Absalom in FreeBMD in July-September 1880 aged 56 in Tynemouth (10b 153).

Blyth, Horton and Cowpen are within two miles of each other and on the south of the estuary of the River Blyth, and within the district of Tynemouth.

Relationship

Benjamin Robinson Absalom was the first cousin once removed of Susannah Emily Absalom, the wife of George Fullick, my third cousin twice removed.
