Birth of Margaret Absolam (sic) in FreeBMD in April-June 1855 in Tynemouth (10b 157) which included Horton and Cowpen.

Iin the 1861 census as Margaret Absalom aged 6, born in Norton (sic), Northumberland, and living with her parents, and two brothers (John and Robert) at Cowpen Quay, Cowpen, Northumberland.

Not with her parents in the 1871 census, but I cannot find an entry for her.

Marriage of Margaret Absalom and George Chisholm in FreeBMD in January-March 1874 in Tynemouth (10b 305).

In the 1881 census as Margaret Chisholm aged 26, born in Cowpen Quay, married (but not with her husband) and living with her mother, daughter (Paulina Absolam (sic)), brother (John), two sisters (Elizabeth and Emily) at 26 Soulsby St, Cowpen, Northumberland.

Entry in FreeBMD for the death of Margaret Chisholm in April-June 1883 aged 28 in Tynemouth (10b 156).

William and Grace Barrass have an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Margaret Absalom born in 1855 in Horton, daughter of Benjamin Robert Absalom and Elizabeth Twaddle, her marriage to George Chisholm in 1874, her daughter and her death in Tynemouth in 1883.

Horton and Cowpen are within two miles of each other and on the south of the estuary of the River Blyth, and within the district of Tynemouth.

Relationship

Margaret Absalom was the second cousin of Susannah Emily Absalom, the wife of George Fullick, my third cousin twice removed.
