In the 1871 census as Earnest (sic) Lewis Luff aged 6 months, born in Reading, and living with his parents (William and Sarah), and two brothers (Albert Lewis and Auther William) at 50 Lower Thorn Street, St Lawrence, Reading, Berkshire. I do not know where the Lewis comes from.
