There were two Arthur James Fullick born at about the same time - that of James and Phoebe was in Frensham, and of Henry and Martha in Headley - many entries have these the wrong way round, further confused by the places of birth in the census entries. I am basing this on the christening records.

There is also a submitted entry for the christening of Arthur Fullick on 28 August 1864 in Frensham, Surrey to James Fullick and Pheobe Christmas. There is a submitted entry in the IGI for the birth of Arthur Fullick in 1865 in Headley, parents James Fullick and Pheobe Christmas (this is wrong).
In the 1871 census as Arthur Fulleck (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original), aged 6, born in Headley, and living with his parents (James and Phoebe), three brothers (George, Albert and William) and sister (Ann) in Bacons Lane, Headley (there are no houses in Bacons Lane could be Field House or Fallow Field at its northern end or Hearne near its southern end).
In the 1881 census as Arthur Fullick aged 16, born in Headley, unmarried, employed as a labourer, and living with his parents (James and Pheoba), five brothers (George, Albert, William, Walter and Henry) and three sisters (Ann Ellen, Matilda and Maud S) at Hearne, Headley.
Not with his parents in 1891 census, but I cannot find an entry for him.

In the 1901 census as Arthur J Fullick, aged 34, born in Frensham, employed as an agricultural labourer, and living with his wife (Sarah), two step sons ( William and Jonah Lawrence - stated as sons in the census), three sons (Arthur, Walter and Stanley), two daughters (Rosa and unnamed) and sister-in-law (Louisa Craft - sister in the census) at Stony Bottom, Grayshott.
Matthew Savill has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Arthur James Fullick born in July 1864 in Headley (wrong). christened on 28 August 1864 at St Mary the Virgin, Frensham, parents James Fullick and Phoebe Christmas, his marriage to Sarah Craft on 22 April 1893 at All Saints, Headley, and three children - Rose May, Walter Henry and Stanley George.
Arthur James Fullick was my first cousin twice removed.
