Birth of Walter Henry Fullick in FreeBMD in July-September 1897 in the Alton (2c 179) which included Grayshott.

Birth of Walter Henry Fullick in Headley Baptisms on 18 June 1897 and his christening on 1 August 1897 at Grayshott, parents Arthur James, a labourer living at Stoney Bottom, Grayshott and Sarah Fullick.

In the 1901 census as Walter Fullick aged 3, born in Headley, and living with his parents (Arthur J and Sarah), two brothers (Arthur and Stanley), two sisters (Rosa and unnamed (Winifred Sarah)), two (half)brothers (Jonah and William Lawrence), and Aunt (Louisa Craft) at Stony Bottom, Grayshott, Hampshire.

Entry in the Ancestry WWI Pension Records for the attestation for 4 years service as a private in the 6th Hampshire Regiment of Walter Fullick in Grayshott, Liphook, Hampshire aged 17 years 2 months, a carman in the employment of Mr Wincester of Stoney Bottom, Grayshott. His medical record made on 14 August 1912 at Petersfield gives his height as 5 feet 2 inches, chest 32 inches with 1.5 inches expansion, good vision, sound physical development. He was at home (i.e. in the UK) from 14 August 1912 to 12 December 1914, in India from 13 December 1914 to 26 November 1915 and at home from 27 November 1915 to 10 January 1916 when he was discharged at Portsmouth as physically unfit for further war service after 2 years 150 days. His military character was very good. His medical history at Southwark Military Hospital on 25 October 1915 gives his age as 17 years 5 months and his employment as a broom maker. He was in the station hospital at Wellington from 30 June 1915 to 17 July 1915 with Dysentry Amebic, and again on 12 August 1915 with cardiac pain and palpitations on exertion, cause unknown with the recommendation that he be brought before an invaliding ? with a view to discharge as unfit for ?, and in the mean time to rest. He appeared before a medical board on 20 September 1915. He was in Southwark Hospital from 4 to 22 December 1915. He appeared before an invaliding board on 15 December 1915 when he was recommended for discharge - he received no medicinial treatment while in hospital and was not confined to bed. An entry in the Ancestry Army WWI Medal Rolls Index Cards states he was awarded the British Medal.

There is an entry in FreeBMD for the marriage of Walter H Fullick and Rosina R Carter in July-September 1924 in Petworth (2b 831).

Entry in the Register of Deaths for Walter H Fullick in January-March 1955 aged 57 in Horsham (5h 709).

Grayshott was not separated from Headley until 1 September 30 1902.
