In the 1881 census as Agnes A Croucher aged 4, born in Binsted, Hampshire, and living with her parents (William and Harriett), brother (William J) and two sisters (Bertha M and Harriett A) at the Straits, Binsted, Hampshire.
Her brother and two sisters were born in Binsted from 1881 to 1885, and two brothers in Bramshott in 1887 and 1890.
In the 1891 census as Agnes A Gaucher (sic - in the index, original illegible), aged 14, born in Bristol (sic - in the index, Binsted on the original), Hampshire employed as a servant and living with George Gountlett (aged 40, born in Bramshott and employed as a grocer and coal merchant), his wife Naomi (aged 45, born in Fernhurst and employed as a grocer's assistant), their five sons and four daughters and his sister-in-law (Sarah Denyer aged 67, born in Fernhurst, Sussex, single and living on her own means) at Sunbeam House, Bramshott. All the children including the youngest who was only one year old were born in Fernhurst, Sussex so I assume that they had just moved to this address. (I assume that this is the correct Agnes because her parents were also living in Bramshott).
In the 1901 census as Agnes A Croucher aged 24, born in Binsted, single, unemployed, and living with her parents (William and Harriett), five brothers (Charles A, Christopher C, Harry E, Henry G, and Nathaniel F), sister (Dorothy L) and a visitor George Spier (her uncle) at Conford, Bramshott.

Her son was born in Alton in 1915.
