Matthew Waterhouse of Bramley of this Parish Clothier and Frances Whitham of Bramley of this Parish Spinster were married in this Church by Banns published Nov 25 Dec this thirteenth Day of January in the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Three [...] This marriage was solenized between us [both made their marks] In tthe Presence of [Joseph Whitham and Mary Whitham who both made their marks] No. 26".

In the 1851 census as Frances Waterhouse aged 37, born in Horsforth, employed as a burler, and living with her husband (Matthew), son (Benjamin) and five daughters (Grace, Ann, Emma, Mary and Elizabeth) at Moor, Armley. Note that this census is listed at Steve Gaunt's site, but does not contain Ann.
In the 1861 census as Frances Waterhouse aged 48, born in Armley, employed as a woollen cloth burler, and living with her husband (Matthew), two sons (Benjamin and Matthew Henry), and five daughters (Ann, Elizabeth, Emma, Martha and Mary Ann) at Moor Cottage, Bramley Road, Armley.
In the 1871 census as Fanny Waterhouse aged 59, born in Bramley, and living with her husband (Matthew), son (Matthew H) and two daughters (Emma and Elizabeth) at Moor Top, Armley, Yorkshire.
In the 1881 census as Fanny Waterhouse aged 69, born in Horsforth and living with her husband (Matthew), Martha Waterhouse (no relationship given, but I assume from her age of 27 it was her daughter), and Chas Dufton (a nephew aged 18 and employed as a shoemaker) at Guys Building, Armley.
On the copy of her husband's entry of death it states the informant was Fanny Waterhouse, his widow and present at the time of death and living at Moor Top Armley. The death was registered on 12 April 1884. As she made her mark I assume she could not write.

Caroline Anne Ewles-Whitham has an entry for Fanny Whitham born on 9 February 1812 at Horsforth, Yorkshire, father Benjamin Whitham and Hannah Holms, and christened on 9 February 1812, her marriage to Matthew Benjamin Waterhouse on 13 January 1833 at St Peter, Leeds, her eight children, her death on 11 March 1899 in Bramley, Yorkshire and burial on 9 February in the New Wortley Cemetery, Leeds.
Horsforth, Bramley, Armley and Wortley are within three miles of each other and are to the west of Leeds.

A wool burler examined the woven cloth for defects, and repairs them. The defects included little burs, knots or extraneous vegetable matter (called spile) which were removed using burling irons which looked like small tweezers.
Fanny Whitham was Felicity's second great grandmother.
