A Keighley woman died in a four-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning. Tracey Taylor, 32, of Selborne Grove, died at the scene after her car was in collision with an articulated lorry in South Street, near the junction with Rawling Street. Construction worker, Jonathan Rodde, of Yeadon, gave the kiss of life to Miss Taylor, 32, until emergency crews arrived. Other passers-by had ripped off the door from the wrecked Hyundai, which was embedded in the front of the truck, and lifted the victim free. Mr Rodde said: "We were parked at the side of the road in the van and heard a loud bang. The lorry came to rest right at the side of the van. "I jumped out and we pulled off the door of the car and I gave her mouth-to-mouth. I don't think she gained consciousness. "It was a terrible shock -- I feel so sorry for her family."

Jonathan Peter Rodde was the husband of Claire Marie Atchinson, third great granddaughter of James Aldred, husband of Ann Shrubb, my first cousin three times removed.
