Birth of Percy Mayho in FreeBMD in July-September 1887 in Preston (8E 663).

His brother was born on 26 September 1889. There is confusion regarding his registration - there are two entries in FreeBMD for James Arthur Mayho in July September 1889 in Preston, but only one on the typed original.

In the 1891 census as Percy Mayho aged 3, born in Walton-le-Dale, Lancashire and living with his parents (Thomas and Hannah) and three brothers (James A, Ralph T and Walter) in four rooms at 10 Dean Street, Witton, Blackburn, Lancashire.

His youngest brother died in April-June 1891 in Preston.

A brother (also named James Arthur) was registered in October-December 1893 in Preston but his 1939 Register and death entries give his birth on 26 September 1890 for which there is no registration.

In the 1901 census as Percy Mayho aged 13, born in Higher Walton, Lancashire, a cotton weaver and living with his parents (Thomas and Hannah) and three brothers (James Arthur, Ralph Thos and Walter) at 195 Wensley Street, Witton, Blackburn, Lancashire.

His mother died in October-December 1905 in Blackburn.

His daughter was born on 13 April 1910 in Accrington and regisered in April-June 1910 in Haslingden.
