Her first two children were registered in Ashton in 1933 and 1935 and third in Hyde in 1937.
In the 1939 England and Wales Register as Ivy Bridgehouse born 1 March 1914, and living with Albert Bridgehouse (son?) and two others (son and daughter?) at 28 Brierley Street, Stalybridge, Cheshire.
Her daughter was registered in Hyde in 1944.
