Her brother was baptised 31 July 1881 in Empshott, her sister was born in Priors Dean in 1885, her sister was born in Foxfield in 1886, her sister was born in Priors Dean in 1888 and baptised there on 5 February 1888, and her brother was born in Hawkley on 14 September 1890.
I cannot locate her in the 1891 census but she was not living with her parents.
In the 1901 census as Jane Gardiner (sic - on the original) aged 23, born in Hainshan (sic - on the original, was this meant to be Hawkley?), Hampshire, single, and a domestic cook living with Charles Manns (aged 47, born in London, an export merchant and employer), his wife (Elizth aged 45 and born in Bristol) and another servant (Jessie Kiniard aged 20, born in Liverpool, single and a housemaid) at 57 Queens Road, Wimbledon, Surrey.

I assume this was The Barracks, a row of houses below the Upper Mill Pond where the border goes through the middle of the row.
