"In/Affectionate Remembrance of/Joseph Foster/Who died April 11th 1890,/aged 72/ Years/Be ye also ready for in such/an Hour as ye think not the/Son of Man cometh./ Also Mary, wife of the above,/who died August 24th 1852/aged 33 years/and interred at/Bethel Chapel Wortley/Also Martha, wife of the above/who died 4th July 1898/in the 79th year of her age/Erected to the memory of/Joseph Foster, as a tribute/of respect by his fellow-/workers at Farnley Low/Mills where he was employed/for 50 years//Also of their daughter/Ann Robinson/ who died December 19th/1935,/aged 77 years//And of their son-in-law/Edwin Robinson, who died August 26th/1927/aged 67 years."
