In the 1861 census as Charles Corps aged 5, born in Witley, and living with his parents (William and Harriett), brother (Edward) and sister (Jane ) at an illegible address (St Johns Bridge?) which I believe is near Wheelerstreet, Witley, Surrey.
In the 1871 census as Charles Coops (sic - in the index, correct on the original) aged 14, born in Witley, employed as an agricultural labourer, and living with his parents (William and Harriett), brother (Edward), and two sisters (Harriett and Jane) at Oxted Green (off A283), Milford, Surrey.

In the 1891 census as Charles Corps aged 35, born in Milford, Surrey, employed as a fruit salesman and living with his wife (Rebecca M), three sons (Albert H, Arthur J and Charles J) and two daughters (Eliza J and Lily A) in three rooms at 11 Great St, St Andrews St, St Giles in the Fields, London - there were three other families at the same address (somewhere between Endell St B401 and Neal St north of Shorts Gardens).

Charles Corps was the son of William Corps, husband of Tryphena Chambers Horsley, wife of Thomas Luff, my half first cousin twice removed.
