In the 1911 census as Frederick Baker aged 58, born in Thursley, Surrey, an ironmonger, and living with his wife (Sarah Ann), son (Richard Leeder) and daughter (Gertrude E A) in six rooms at 26 Grosvenor Road, Aldershot, Hampshire (Surrey in the index). There were seven children, one having died, but I cannot identify it - Herbert William, Nellie and William were all born and died in Fulham in January-March 1894, Maggie, Mary and a male in April-June 1884, Arthur Clement and Edith Rosetta in January-March 1885 etc.

Another entry gives his marriage to Sarah Ann Baker and his daughter Mignon Katie. Mike J Anderson gives the date of the marriage as 5 August 1882 in Kensington, Middlesex, and his six children.
Baker's of Headley states Richard’s tenth child, Frederick, was born in 1852. In 1861 he was living with the family at Chinthurst Lane in Shalford, described as a ‘scholar’.
Susan F Belsey has an entry for Frederick Baker baptised on 26 December 1852 at Frensham Church, son of Richard Baker and Mary Loveland.
Note that another Frederick Baker was born in Elstead in 1851.
