Her mother died in Rotherhithe in 1870.
In the 1871 census as Florence E I Shibbs (sic - in the index, Stubbs on the original) aged 2, born in Rotherhithe, Surrey, and boarding with William Quick (aged 54, born in Tiverton, Devon and a tailor), his wife (Louisa aged 60 and born in Bickleigh, Devon), and his sister-in-law (Eliza Ellis aged 54, born in Bradninch, Devon, single and an unemployed lady's maid) in Fore Street, Silverton, Bradninch, Devon. Her granduncle and aunt and parents of her future stepmother were living next door.
Her father married Mary Warren, her mother's cousin, in Tiverton in 1871.
Her first halfbrother was born in Rotherhithe in 1872, next two in Bradninch in 1874 and 1875, her half-sister was born in Tiverton in 1877 but died in Truro later that year, and two half-sisters were born in Truro in 1878 and 1880.
In the 1881 census as Florence Stubbs aged 12, born in London, Middlesex, and living with her father (John), (step)mother (Mary), four (half)brothers (Arthur G, Francis W, Frederick and Percival), two (half)sisters (Beatrice and Mary E), and a servant (Adelaide Manley aged 15, and born in Scorrior, Cornwall) in Edwards Street, Truro St Mary, Cornwall.
Her half-sister and three half-brothers were born and died in Tiverton in 1882 to 1886.
I cannot find her in the 1891 census but she was not living with her parents.
In the 1901 census as Florence Stubbs aged 30, born in Rotherhithe, Sussex (sic - in the index, Surrey crossed out on the original), single, a tobacconist's assistant working at home, and living with her father (John), (step)mother (Mary), (half)brother (Walter), (half)sister (Mary E), and a general servant (Emma M Webber aged 15 and born in Cheriton Fitzpaine, Devon) at 8 Bampton Street, Tiverton, Devon.
In the 1911 census as Florence Stubbs aged 36, born in Rotherhithe, Surrey, single, no stated employment, and living with her father (John), (step)mother (Mary) and (half)sister (Mary Emily) in six rooms at 1 Reservoir Road, Plymouth, Devon.

Mary Stubbs was her stepmother and first cousin once removed.

The 1871 Census finds Florence Elizabeth Jane (1) aged "2" boarding in the household of a tailor William Quick in Fore Street, Bradninch in Devon. She was living with her father in the 1881 and 1891 censuses (this is incorrect for the 1891 census). The 1901 Census finds her unmarried and living with her father and occupied as a tobacconist's assistant. She died in the 1st quarter of 1925.
