In the 1901 census as Charley Randall aged 5, born in Oving, Sussex, and living with his parents (Charley W and Emily), and three sisters (Edith, Emily and Fanny) at 13 York Road, Chichester, Sussex.
His father died in Chichester in 1908.
In the 1911 census as Charles Randall aged 15 and living with Mrs E (mother?), and Edith, Emily and Fanny (sisters?) in Chichester, Sussex.

Entry in the Register of Deaths for Charles William Randall, born on 15 December 1895, in Chesterfield (6 0331) in April-June 1975.
I cannot identify his wife. There is an entry in the Register of Deaths for Louisa Randall, born on 11 January 1899, in Chesterfield (6 0390) in July -September 1976. However the only Louisa French born in FreeBMD was born in Pancras, but with the middle name Lucy. There is an entry in the 1911 census for Louisa May French aged 12 living in Eastbourne, Sussex, daughter of Frank and Emily, but I cannot find the family in the 1901 census.
Charles William Randall was my third cousin once removed.
