Christening of Annie Paine in the IGI on 22 February 1867 in Brighton, Sussex, parents Joseph and Emma Paine.
In the 1871 census as Annie Paine aged 4, and living with her parents (Joseph and Emma), three brothers (George, Henry and William), two sisters (Caroline and Elizabeth) and a lodger (Charles Still aged 26, born in Brighton, unmarried and employed as a bricklayers labourer) at 48 Denmark Road, Willesdon, Middlesex (just east of Queens Park Underground).
Her father died in 1871 and her mother married John Mackinder (Mackender) Slator in 1874 - he died in 1879.
In the 1881 census as Annie Paine aged 16, born in Brighton, an unemployed general servant and living with her widowed mother (Emma Mator (Slator)) and brother (Frederick T) at 1 Sussex Street, St Peter, Brighton (another family lived at the same address).
There is an entry in FreeBMD for the marriage of Annie Payne to James Nathanael/Nathaniel Fulker in October-December 1885 in Brighton (2b 384) but cannot find any later information.
Annie Paine was my eighth cousin three times removed.
