I cannot locate him in the 1939 Register but he was not living with his mother and grandmother at 88 Brinkburn Avenue, Gateshead.
Entry in the Register of Marriages for Charles Scott Moul and Frances Joan Marshall in 1963 in Coldingham (732/1 2).
His four children were born in Northumberland from 1964 to 1971.
There are six entries in Ancestry Family Trees for Charles Moul and one for Charles Scott Moul adding his birth on 30 May 1932 in Gateshead and death on 6 May 1996 in Rohdes (sic).
