Wilsdon was a married name - but I can find no evidence for her first marriage or death of her husband. Wilsdon is not a local name although I am not sure that is the correct spelling.
There is an entry for the marriage of Sarah Wilsdon and Stephen Hall in the IGI on 27 February 1808 at Frensham, Surrey. The same information is in Ancestry England, Select Marriages, 1538–1973.
Entry in the West Surrey Family History Society Surrey Marriages for Stephen Hall of Headley, Hampshire and Sarah Wilsdon or Willsdon of this parish on 27 February 1808 in Frensham by licence.
Entry in Ancestry Surrey, England, Church of England Marriages and Banns, 1754-1937 for the marriage of Sarah Willedar (sic) and Stephen Hall on 27 February 1808 at Frensham, St Mary. "Stephen Hall - widr of the Parifh of Hedley and Sarah Wilsdon [the name is nearly illegible], Widow of this Parish were Married in this Church by Licence this 27th Day of February in the Year One Thoufand eight hundred and eight [both signed their names]".
Her daughter Harriot Hall was christened in Headley in 1808 and then Elizabeth, Edward and Hester in Frensham from 1810 to 1814.
Her husband was buried in Headley in 1834.
Death of Sarah Hall in FreeBMD in July-September 1837 in Farnham (4 85). On a copy dated 21 April 2005 of Entry of Death No. 8 in 1837 in the Headley district of the County of Southampton, but registered in Farnham, of Sarah Hall on 17 September 1837 in Headley aged 68 employed as an Inn Keeper. She died of 'a gradual decay', and the informant was Henry Knight, a carpenter of Headley, the death being registered on 20 September 1837.
There is an entry in Headley Burials for the death of Sarah Hall aged 68 on 21 September 1837 at Frensham Pond - however this age means she would have been 35 at the birth of her first child and 45 at her last.
Entry in Ancestry Surrey, England, Church of England Burials, 1813-1997 for Sarah on 21 September 1837 aged in Headley, All Saints. "Page 57 Burials in the Parifh of Headly in the County of Southampton in the Year 1837 [...] Sarah Hall No. 454 of Frensham Pond on September 21 aged 68 years".
I assume that she ran the White Horse (now the Frensham Pond Hotel) after her husband's death in 1834, and she died there, after which it was run by her son-in-law George Marden. The White Horse was in Headley but very close to the border of Surrey and Frensham Church was very much closer.
Wilsdon is not a local name (the only other entry in the area is the christening of a George Baker Wilsden on 15 December 1822, mother Sarah Wilsden) and I can find no information about her except her marriage. Could she be Wilson, Wilsdome or Wilsen.
Sarah was my third great grandmother.
