In the 1861 census as Edmund Lashmore (sic - on the original) aged 5, born in Bromley, Middlesex, and living with his parents (Charles and Paulina), three brothers (Charles, John and William) and six sisters (Eliza, Ellen, Emma, Fanny, Mary A and Paulina) at 17 Bright Street, Bow, Bromley, Middlesex (another family was living at the same address).
In the 1871 census as Edmund Lashmar aged 15, born in Bromley, Middlesex, and living with his mother (Pauline), three brothers (Charles, John and William), and five sisters (Ellen, Emma, Fanny, Mary A and Pauline) at 15 Bright Street, Bromley St Leonard, London. His father was lodging at 28 Bright Street.
