Note that if born in 2004 he was only 13 when on the electroral roll - was this a mistake or is it another Lewis R who I cannot trace. His two brothers who are also on the 2009 roll are also too young.

Five generations of one family welcomed into the same house - and they're all boys
The Howes family, from Portsmouth, welcomed the fifth generation of their family, two-week old Edison, into the same house everyone through to his great-great-grandson had stepped foot in. Roy Howes met his great-great-grandson, two-week-old Edison for the first time this week, and greeted him in the same house he had welcomed three other generations of Howes. Over the last six decades, 96-year-old Roy has watched the Howes family grow and grow, but for the first time they gathered five generations in the same place to welcome Edison. The former Royal Navy serviceman was joined by his son Roy Jnr, 75, his grandson Michael, 48, and his great-grandsons Liam, 23, Alfie, 15 and Lewis, 26 - Edison’s dad. Then, to complete the Howes family gathering at his home in Portsmouth, little Edison was there too. They were joined by Lewis’ partner Emily Pyke. Roy’s wife Pat passed away in 1998. New dad Lewis said: "It's weird to think that we've all been [Edison's] age in this house, it's seen five generations grow up. "We're all still very close. We're very family-orientated, all of us are family people. "When my partner was pregnant, we already thought it was more than likely the baby would be a boy, even before we knew. The genes are really strong in the family, I think. "I don't really know why, I've never given it much thought why we're all men." The electrician added: "Growing up it was quite nice, we all spent a lot of time together. Liam and I are quite close in age so we kind of grew up together. We're a really close family."
The family visit Roy every week at his home in Portsea, where he moved to in 1963 as the first-ever resident of the housing block. Teacher's assistant Emily, 26, who lives in Gosport with Lewis, is the only female member of the family. She said: "That's what makes this so special. I'm outnumbered, I always have been, but I'm kind of used to it. I'm quite a tomboy anyway. We feel very lucky we got to see this, and so is [Edison], he's one very loved little man. At the moment, we're not thinking of any more - but maybe one day we'll get a girl." Lewis added: "If we keep going until we get a girl, we might over-run Portsmouth." Edison's grandfather Michael said: "You don't get many families who reach five generations, and all men too. The male gene is obviously strong!" Head of the family Roy was overjoyed to meet the newest edition of his close-knit clan and thanked the group for coming to celebrate the special occasion.
On reaching five generations, Roy said: "I never expected it, it's weird. When they walk in, I don't know who they are!" His great-grandson Liam added: "It's true, we have to remind him every time. I'm the painter, he's the electrician."
