His brother was registered in October-December 1859 in Edmonton, baptised on 23 October 1859 at Holy Trinity, Watham Cross, Hertfordshire when they were living in Waltham Cross, died on 3 October 1860 and was buried on 6 October 1860 in Hertfordshire, and the death registered in October-December 1860 in Edmonton.

In the 1861 census as Charles Howard aged 2, born in Cheshunt, and living with his parents (Charles and Esther) and a servant (Julia Wilton aged 28, born in Rotherithe, Sussex (sic), single and a monthly nurse) in Theobald's Square, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Another family lived at the same address. Part of the estate is now Cedars Park with Theobalds Lane to its north.

His sister was registered in April-June 1861 in Edmonton and baptised on 5 May 1861 at Holy Trinity, Waltham Cross, father Clearley (sic) Howard, when they lived in Waltham Cross.

His brother was born on 14 March 1862, registered in April-June 1863 in Edmonton and baptised on 13 September 1863 at Holy Trinity, Waltham Cross when they lived in Waltham Cross.

I cannot locate him in the 1881 census but he was not living with his parents, and probably in the army.

His daughter was born on 10 November 1887, registered in January-March 1888 in Fulham as Edith Howard Young, and baptised on 12 December 1887 Saint John the Evangelist, Glenthorne Road, Hammersmith as Edith Howard Young when he was a policeman of 59 Angel Road.

His son was born on 15 April 1890, registered in April-June 1890 in Islington, and baptised on 4 May 1890 at St James the Apostle, Prebend Street, Islington when he was a police constable of 13 G Peabody Buildings, parents Charles and Alice Jeanette Howard.

His son was born on 6 September 1891, registered in October-December 1891 in Edmonton, and baptised on 4 October 1891 at St Mary the Virgin, Chesthunt, parents James Keally and Alice Jeanette Howard (I cannot locate an entry corresponding to this baptism in the parish records).

His daughter was born on 24 November 1896 and registered in January-March 1897 in Edmonton.

Aged 43 years, in service 17 years 103 days, pay £1 13s 6d per week, height 5 ft 9 in, brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, C.H. Her daughter was born on 31 May 1903, registered in July-September 1903 in Brentford as Phillis Winifred, baptised on 23 August 1903 as Phyllis Winifred at All Saints, Bollo Bridge Road, South Acton when he was a gardener of 145 Southfield Road (his name spelt Charles Kelly), died on 19 August 1904, registered in July-September 1904 aged 1 in Edmonton as Phillis and buried on 25 August 1904 in Hertfordshire.
