There are three entries in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Ruth Elizabeth Heavers born in 1920 (two give 10 August 1920), parents Arthur Heavers and Elizabeth Ann Rees, her marriage to Elias Jenkin Treharne, her two daughters and her death in August 1987 in Bristol, Gloucestershire.

An email from Peter Adams states:

My mum's maiden name was Wright and she lived on Kenelworth hill Cadoxton. Her sister married a chap named Heavers and he worked on the docks at Newport where they lived at that time. They had two children Ruth and Idris. They moved to Bristol where Ruth worked for the Bristol Aeroplane Company (probably during the war) and latterly Idris worked at Rolls-Royce Aero engines Bristol division probably after RR took over the company. At some stage they all moved to Holyhead before returning to Bristol. Ruth married and I think Idris also was married.).

Bristol was a county borough except in the period 1974-1996 when it was in Avon.

Relationship

Ruth Elizabeth Heavers was my second cousin.
