Birth of William Fullick in FreeBMD in July-September 1874 in Farnham (2a 118). I guess at Hyde Farm, Upper Churt from the 1871 census.

In Churt Baptisms as William Fullick on 13 September 1874, parents Frederick and Ann Fullick.

In the 1881 census as William Fullick aged 6, born in Surrey, and living with his parents (Frederick and Ann), three brothers (Alfred, Frederick, and Herbert) and sister (Minnie) at Brocks Head, Headley.

In the 1891 Census as William Fullick aged 18, born in Headley, single, employed as a groom, and living with J T Smithes (aged 66, born in Burton in Lonsdale, Yorkshire and living on his own means), his wife ( E F J Smithes aged 60 and born in London), their four children (Archibald C aged 12, Gertrude E aged 25, Helen M aged 29, and Marion F aged 20, all born in Portugal, single and no stated employment) and eight dometic servants at Evely House, Standford, Headley, Hampshire. From Kelly's Directory of Hampshire – 1895 "Eveley, the residence of John Tatham Smithes esq, in the village of Standford, is a mansion of stone in the Gothic style."
