The 1939 Register gives his bith in June and not July and the registration is in April-June so I believe the true date of birth is 2 June.

In the 1891 census as Stinson (sic - in the index, Thomas on the original) Fullick aged 9, born in Croydon, Surrey, and living with his parents (Thomas and Mary A), brother (James), three sisters (Emma E, Jane, and Lucy), and two nephews (Ernest A Birchett and James P Birchett) at 21 Wisbeach Road, Croydon, Surrey.

I cannot locate him in the 1901 census.

In the 1911 census as Thomas Fullick aged 29, born in Croydon, Surrey, single, and a bombardier in the 92nd Battery Royal Field Artillery at Trimulgherry, Deccan, India. Trimulgherry was a suburb of Secunderabad, which was the cantonment area of Hyderabad.

In the Ancestry British Army WWI Pension Records 1914-1920 for Thomas Fullick, aged 18, born in Croydon, Surrey joined the East Surrey Regiment on 17 January 1900 in London as number 6169 for five years. He was aged 18, 5ft 3.75 inches, 33-35 inches chest, fair complexion with blue eyes and brown hair. He was at home from 17 February 1900 to 12 February 1902, in East India from 13 February 1902 to 14 April 1909, at home from 16 April 1909 to 5 October 1909, in India from 6 October 1909 to 5 March 1912. He re-engaged at Seaforth on 31 August 1909 to complete 21 years with the colours. On 21 April 1911 he was awaiting trial, sentenced to being reduced to the ranks on 8 May 1911, and had his sentence remitted on on the same date. His engagement expired with a very good character on on 7 March 1912 and was registered as 37422 in the Army Reserve on 7 March 1912 in Caterham when he was 30 and 10 months, height 5 ft 6.5 inches, single and living at 47 Mikham Road, West Croydon. His next of kin was his mother Mrs M A Fullick of 4 Crooks Cottages, Ash Street, Ash, Aldershot, later changed to his wife at the same address. He was at home 1 April 1912 to 16 August 1914. He married Elizabeth Mary Bailey, a spinster, on 21 September 1812 in Croydon and had a son Henry Thomas born on 19 March 1913 in Croydon. He was mobilised in Preston on 6 August 1914, in France from 17 August 1914 to 12 February 1919, and at home from 13 February 1919 to 31 March 1920. He was discharged on 12 March 1919 with an exemplary character at Crystal Palace when his address was 3 Milton Road, W Croydon. He died on 14 November 1961 at Queens Hospital, Queens Road, Croydon.

There is an entry in Ancestry British Army WWI Medal Rolls Index Cards, 1914-1920 for Thomas Fullick number 37422 bombardier and sergeant in the 2nd Divisional Artillery Column Royal Field Artillery awarded the Victory and British Medals with the 14 star.

Married in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church after Banns [...] in the Presence of us Henry Charles Bailey [and] Percival Edward Day".

His son was born in Croydon in 1915.
