Similar information is in the Ancestral File adding her birth in Cosham, her mother's surname as Smith, a marriage to an unknown spouse in about 1830 (sic), a son Charles Albert Fullick born on 14 February 1853 in Cosham, Widley, Hampshire, and her death in about 1854. Similar information is in the Pedigree Resource File giving her birth on 22 June 1834 as well as her christening, and no date for the marriage.
In the 1841 census as Sarah Fullark (sic - in the index, correct on the original) aged 7, born in Hampshire, and living with Thomas and Sarah (parents), William (brother?), Eliza, Elizabeth, Frances, Harriott, Jane and March (sisters?) in Cosham Street, Wymering, Hampshire.
In the 1851 census as Dorah Fallick (sic - in the index, correct on the original) aged 17, born in Widley, Hampshire, a needlewoman, and living with her parents (Thomas and Sarah), brother (Henry), five sisters (Eliza, Elizabeth, Frances, Harriett and Maria) and neice (Jane E) in Cosham Lane, Widley, Hampshire.
Her son was born on 15 February 1854 in Cosham, but there is no further information regarding Sarah.

There are five entries in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Sarah Fullick. Claire Fox gives her birth in about 1834 in Wymering, parents Thomas Fullick and Sarah Smith. Jay Pee, Andrea Hay and Marianne Turreff add the date as 22 June 1834 and place as Widley, Cosham. Matthew Savill adds the 1841 and 1851 census entries and her son Charles Albert.
