In the 1891 census as Walter F Fullick aged 10 months, born in Cobham, and living with his parents (Walter and Mary) at The Coffee Tavern, Downside, Cobham.
In the 1901 census as Frederick Fallick (sic - in the index,correct on the original) aged 11, born in Cobham, and living with his parents (Walter and Mary), and two brothers (Alfred and Reginald) at The Coffe House, The Island, Downside Common, Cobham, Surrey.
I cannot find him in the 1911 census.
