There is a submitted entry in the IGI for the will of Wylliam Figg dated 15 November 1586, parents Wylliam and Elyzabeth Figg (I assume this means he was mentioned in his father's will). There is an entry in Headley Wills in 1587 for William Fygg Will+Inv who was buried on 18 November 1586

There is an entry in the Winchester Pipe Rolls:

1588 William Figg, a minor, and son of William, paid an unknown amount for a messuage and 6 acres in Stanford. A note attached states ' William Figg, 1611, Will, no Inventory C.C'.
