A note by Neil Duffin attached to the Ancestry entry adds "Mothers name was Purser not Purs" and "Record seems partly incorrect. My Dad Joseph Francis Duffin 24 02 1926 born in Willesden, but that is Willesden in Middlesex (North West London now not Oxfordshire). Mothers Maiden name Purser (not Purs) Must be a mistake, there surely cant be two."
