On 8 April 1919 acknowledged receipt of Kings Certificate and on 8 May 1919 acknowledged receipt of a war badge and certificate - 33823 Royal Warick Regiment Pte A Dorey of 42 Horace Street, Wilcox Road, South Lambeth SW.
