However there is another entry for William G Croucher aged 28 who was a scullion on the Obita arriving 28 June 1926 and there are some 100 entries for William Croucher or William C Croucher arriving between 1919 and 1929 who could be the same persion born 1904 to 1907 and was on the catering side.
I cannot locate him in the 1921 census but he was not living with his parents.
