A Mary Croucher had a son Edward Croucher christened at St. Mary the Virgin, Frensham on 18 October 1846 in the IGI - there is no father's name, and I can't find any further information on him. However there is no entry in the West Surrey Family History Society 1851 West Surrey Census for either Mary or Edward -she was not living at home. There is an entry in Ancestry Surrey, England, Church of England Baptisms, 1813-1921 for Edward Marcher which could be Croucher on the original.
