There is a submitted entry in the IGI with the same information, but the surname is spelt Coulds, her mother's name Anne, and her death was on 7 June.
Angus Palmer has seen the original entry which states "1715 Martha Dau: of Roger Coulds & Ann his wife Bapt Apr ye 3rd " and "1716 Martha Da of Roger Coulds buried June ye 7th" - there is a little squiggle after the "d" and its hard to tell if that is meant to be an "s" or is simply a flourish.
Kirby Cane is some 12 miles SSE of Norwich.
Martha Cowles was my first cousin five times removed.
