Ian Ackroyd has sent me an email giving the following information from the copy of the entry of marriage: On the 14 January 1839 at the parish church of Knaresborough Elizabeth Clemishaw married Mathew Ackroyd. She was of full age, a spinster residing in Knaresborough and her father was David Clemishaw employed as a shoemaker.
