There are two entries in FreeBMD for Jessey and Jessy (only the first on the handwritten original) Chalcraft in January-March 1855 in Farnbro (2a 75) which included Bramshott 1847-1869.

"Chalcraft Jessey of Ockford Hill Godalming Surrey spinster died 13 February 1929 Probate London 16 May to Edith May Hatch (wife of John James Ernest Hatch) and the said John James Ernest Hatch retired insurance official. Effects £11159 0s. 9d." Edith May Hatch was her neice.
