There are three entries in Ancestry All England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 and in All England & Wales, Christening Index, 1530-1980 for children of Richard Boxall baptised in Kingsley, Hampshire - John 8 September 1654, Mary 29 August 1656 and Thomas 22 March 1656 (which is 1657 Gregorian) and an entry for Thomas Boxall son of Thomas Boxall on 1 December 1657. The Richard Boxall could be that born baptised on 25 March 1620 at All Saints Headley and who had three children, Elizabeth born 14 March 1660/1 in Headley, and Joseph baptised 17 April 1664 and Jane baptised 28 April 1664, both at All Saints, Headley. Mary wife of Richard was buried on 5 July 1668 and Richard on 6 June 1676. I cannot locate any information on the other Thomas.
There are two entries in Ancestry Hampshire, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1536-1812 for Tho Boxwall baptised on 22 March 1657 in Kingsley, Hampshire, father Richard Boxall. "Tho ye sonne of Richard Boxall was bapt March 22th". The last entry on the previous page is 24 February 1656 (with a later 1657 added to it) and the next entry with a year is 16 March 1659 with months June, March, April, October, December in between, and another for Thom Boxall batised 1 December 1559 father Tho Boxall on the same page as the previous entry immediately before the 16 March 1659 entry "Tho ye sonne of Tho: Boxall baptized December ye 1" plus the two entries for John and Mary.
His son was baptised on 27 May 1681 at All Saints, Headley, parents Thomas and Elisabeth Boxwell.

I cannot identify a birth for his wife or a marriage but there is as an entry in Headley Burials for Elizabeth Boxal (Boxall) widow of John on 4 June 1727, and two entries in Ancestry for Elizabeth Boxall wife of John on 4 June 1727 at Headley, All Saints in one "1727 [page] [...] June 4. Elizabeth the Widow of John Boxal was buried" and Elizabeth Boxal on 4 June 1727 at Headley All Saints "1727 [...] 1727 [...] Jun. 4. Elizabeth Boxal was buried. Affidavit recd the 5th do." .
