There is a submitted entry in the IGI for the christening of Joan Bettesworth on 6 August 1637 in Headley, Hampshire, parents William and Catherin Bettesworth. The same information is in Headley Baptisms except her name is Betsworth or Bettesworth, and her mother is Katheren.
Entry in Ancestry Surrey, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1538-1812 for the baptism of Joan Betsworth on 1 August 1837 at Headley, All Saints, parents William and Katherne (sic) Betsworth. "[...] Joan the daughter of William and Katheren Betsworth baptized the sixth day of August [...] Anno dom 1638". The day is open to interpretation but contains too few characters for first.
Her brother was baptised on 7 June 1640 and sister on 30 April 1642, both at All Saints, Headley.

"[Page] 81 Marriages 1649 [...] 1652 [...] William Clere & Jone Betsworth Marryed April ye 12:" Note the previous entry was June ye 7th: so the four entries for 1652 must have been written at the same time. The entry is nearly illegible but her name looks more like Jone to me.
Her three sons were born on 13 October 1660, baptised on 13 September 1663, and baptised on 6 August 1665 mother's name Joane, all at All Saints, Headley, surnames Cleere. Her two daughters were baptised on 16 July 1667, surname Clere, and on 23 June 1667, surname Cleere, both at All Saints, Headley.
Her husband was buried on 19 June 1702 at All Saints, Headley.
