I cannot locate any information on her husband, but entry in Ancestry Family Trees states she was a war-bride who came from England to Saskatchewan and then Alberta shortly after WWll, and she married Paul William Winthers on 19 November 1947 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I suspect the year should be 1948 from the divorce date of 1947.

Winthers, Pamela Elizabeth: February 20, 1928- March 12, 2019. It is with profound and deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband Paul W. Winthers (2009). Born in Headley, Hampshire, England, Pamela was a war-bride who came from England to Saskatchewan and then Alberta shortly after WWll. Pamela and Paul worked in the Oil and Gas Industry throughout their lives and lived in Leduc, Devon, Edmonton and Calgary. After Paul's retirement they moved to Lakeview Heights, Kelowna where they created a beautiful home and life. Pamela indulged in her passion of gardening! Pamela was a force of nature, she was full of joy and vitality and she was the heart of many occasions she attended. Her laugh was infectious! She could throw a hell of a shindig and was known amongst her family and friends as an hostess extraordinaire! Her beautiful spirit and love of life will never be forgotten. Pamela had a resilience that was all her own, a very capable woman, indeed. Pamela has resided at Lakeshore Place Kelowna since 2013 where she has enjoyed a pleasant and quieter life. Pamela would want her family to give thanks to her dear friend Marjorie Milroy, who always looked out for Pam. Pamela will be dearly missed by her daughter, Patricia (Tricia) Winthers-Faye of Kelowna, son, Randy Winthers (Susan) of Calgary and grand daughter Jillian Winthers and 3 great grandchildren, Alexei, Savannah and Micheal of Surrey and Chiliwack. To Tricia her 91 year old mother was her Queen and her Best Friend. Many thanks to the nurses and all caregivers involved in our dear mothers care at The Hospice House. You were all so kind and so thoughtful to our beloved mother. We deeply thank you! There will a celebration of Pamela's life on Sunday March 17th at 2pm at Lakeshore Place 3200 Lakeshore Road Kelowna (mezzanine level). Please comes and share your memory's of our mother!
