The family were living at 8 Cherries Place in 1875 from the christening of his brother and 28 Goldington Street in 1877 from the christening of his sister.
In the 1881 census as George H W Adams aged 7, born in St Pancras, Middlesex, and living with his parents (George and Sarah), brother (William J) and sister (Ada Alice) at 28 Goldington Street, Somers Town, St Pancras, London. Two other families were living at the same address.
His mother died in St Pancras in 1888.
