She was born in London according to the 1841 census and I guess her father had the surname Carpenter, but was brought to Binsted for her christening.

In the 1841 census as Mary Ann Fullick, aged 25 (rounded down to a multiple of 5), born in London, and living with Edwd (husband?), George and Mary Ann (children?), James Baker (aged 18, born in Hampshire, and a labourer and I assume a lodger), Hannah Fullick (mother-inlaw) and George Baker in the index, but Fullick on the origin (brother-in-law?), Mary (his wife?), Edwd, Wm, Jane, Hannah and George (their children?) in East Worldham, Hampshire, UK
The first three children were born in East Worldham, George in East Woodhay and the remaining children in West Woodhay.
I cannot find and entry for her death but her husband was a widower in the 1851 census.
Andrea Hay has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Mary Ann Adam born in 1816 in London, her marriage to Edward Fullick on 11 October 1836 in East Worldham and three children (Case Edward, Mary Ann and George). Matthew Savill adds two children (Ellen and Charlotte Alice).
East Woodhay is in Hampshire and West Woodhay in Berkshire.
Mary Ann Carpenter Adams was my fifth cousin three times removed and the wife of Edward Fullick, my first cousin four times removed.
