"Banns of Marriage between Samuel Knowles of the Parish of Harewood and Mary Abbot of this Parish were published October 10th - 17th -- and 24th [...] No. 22 Sam Knowles of the Parifh of Harewood Linen Weaver and Lace Drefser and Mary Abbot of this Parifh Spinster were Married in this Church by Banns this Fourth [it looks more like Fourth than Fifth] Day of November in the Year One Thoufand Seven Hundred and sixty two [both signed their names she as Abbott] in the prefence of Sam Abbott [and] John Knowles".
All the children were christened in Bramham, father Samuel Knowls, but on Sarah's christening her mother is given as Mary Abbot although I cannot find the marriage.
