Michael Saltmarsh has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for John Croucher born on 8 May 1807 in Froxfield, Hampshire, parents John Croucher and Mary Wells, his marriage to Ann Trimmer, five children the 1851-1891 census entries and his death in March 1897 in Midhurst, Sussex. Kay Newark has similar information but includes a daughter Jane born 1854 (which must be his neice with the wrong age).
Susan Martin has an entry for John Honor Coucher born 8 May 1807 in Froxfield, Hampshire, baptised on 31 May 1807 in Froxfield, parents John and Mary Croucher, his marriage to Ann Trimmer on 28 January 1837 in Harting, three children Mary Ann, William and George, and his death in Fareham in 1901. I do not know where the Honor comes from except there was a John Honor Croucher born in London in about 1811 and living in Steep in 1891. His death is incorrect.
